The “GB7CW DMR repeater” in Bridgend South Wales had it’s first NoV Issued: 30 March 2015 by the RSGB and started operating in the UHF spectrum on Channel DVU32 with a colour code of 3.

Some time later the DMR South Wales repeater was made into a part of the South West Cluster still in operation today but sadly without the GB7CW South Wales DMR Repeater. The Group or Team? was operational with the cluster till one day they reported they had been at the site for routine maintenance and forgot to re-connect the plug that networked the repeater to the cluster. It seemed strange that this was left out for some years and never did get re-instated.
