The club was formaly known as the Mid Glamorgan Amateur Radio Group and at that time was well respected for the  high quality tuition given by a proffessional teacher Tom Beadle.

Aberkenfig Radio Club 2021

The Amateur radio club at the former venue  of the Aberkenfig Social Club, 74 Bridgend Rd, Aberkenfig, Bridgend CF32 9AP has now moved to a new location to The Talbot Community Centre (Rear Entrance) 9 Prince Rd, Kenfig Hill, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan in South Wales Postcode CF33 6ED. The move accured on the 12th of March 2020.

Aberkenfig Radio Club - Meeting Times Dates and Time

The Aberkenfig Ham Radio Club meets weekly on Thursday evenings at 7-30PM till 10PM at the new meeting point at Kenfig Hill.

It is stated that it is disabled friendly and easy access available.
